Funding Vocational Education By expanding funding on the federal level for vocational studies, we increase the number of highly skilled people in well-paying jobs.

National Service Act for College Graduates Sets the student interest rate at ½ the prime interest rate as set by the Federal Reserve. Also allows for college graduates with student loan debt to perform community service to work off some of this debt. And making federal benefits untouchable by garnishment to repay those back student loans.
